Kathleen Lippold, Investment Professional with Gremler Financial Group, graduated from Northeast Missouri State University (now Truman University) where she obtained a degree in Therapeutic Recreation. She moved to Des Moines in 1987 to work in her chosen field for a little over eight years. In 1996 Kathleen moved on to pursue her interest into the business world with Brenton Investments as an Administrative Assistant/Receptionist. She then moved to work for ING Financial Partners (formerly Locust Street Securities) in 1997 and started out by assisting trade supervisors and in 1999 she moved up to Brokerage Services. Her duties there included communication with over 600 representatives throughout the United States and tracking high volume of complex daily transactions within tight deadlines.
Kathleen joined the Gremler Financial Group family in 2003. Her duties at Gremler Financial Group include completing new account paperwork for new and existing clients, tracking the progress of transfers, new business, and additions to existing investments, support most needs and questions to clients in regards to their investments, trades as directed by the Mark R. Gremler and James F. Wessels, and other duties as directed by Mark R. Gremler and James F. Wessels. Kathleen currently holds Series 6, 26, and 63 registrations. The things Kathleen likes best about working with Gremler Financial Group are seeing the day-to-day challenges of the financial advisors, being part of a successful small business that continues to grow professionally, and watching the business expand its services for its clients.
Kathleen and her husband Dave have been married for over 15 yrs and have a daughter Caitlyn. Kathleen has been a runner for over 30 years. She ran her first marathon at the age of 16. The Lippold family has a black lab named Jake, a yellow lab named Tally, and a Bichon/Schnauzer named Boomer. Kathleen enjoys running, biking, art shows, and the farmers market. Home remodeling has been added to Kathleen's hobbies, since her husband has started home renovations/improvements within the past two years.
